Whole Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef Share
We butcher our beef in the summer when the cows have come off fresh, lush growing pasture and are at peak nutrient density. Please fill out the form below to get contacted when we begin taking Summer 2022 beef bulk orders to avoid missing out!
While many bulk animal programs set prices by the weight of the live animal or hanging weight (and promote a lower price per pound), we only charge you for the meat you’re receiving, so the price per pound is always accurate and reflects what you’re actually putting in your freezer. There are no hidden costs such as butcher fees, that other producers may charge when they price according to hanging weight.
We charge $9/lb on packaged meat. This price includes butcher fees and delivery.
If you are used to ordering bulk meat by the hanging weight, this price works out to less than $4.25/lb hanging weight + butchering fees.
All of our whole cows orders yield approximately 350-400lbs of packaged meat, and come with the cuts that are listed below (unless otherwise specified)
Example:
350lbs of meat x $9 = $3,150
- deposit: $500
= $2,650 due on pick up.
As no two cows are the same, the final weight of meat yield will be determined after butchering and we will invoice for the remaining balance.
